Work with me

Nutrition, psychotherapy and an integrative approach to health.

My work brings together nutritional science, psychotherapy and an understanding of human behaviour. Whether we work through nutrition, psychotherapy or an integrative approach, the starting point is the same: understanding what is happening for you, and why.

Nutrition

A personalised approach
to your health.

Nutrition consultations bring together your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, eating patterns and wider context to build a clearer picture of what may be influencing your health.

We'll use this understanding to create an evidence-informed and practical approach that works within your life.

Areas I work with
Gut health • Skin health • Autoimmune conditions • Energy & metabolism

Psychotherapy

A space for reflection,
understanding and change.

Psychotherapy offers a confidential, thoughtful space to explore the experiences, relationships and patterns that shape how you feel, think and relate.

My approach is integrative, which means our work is shaped around you rather than a single therapeutic model. We can explore what is happening in your life now, alongside the experiences and relationships that may have shaped how you understand yourself and others.

Areas I work with
Relationships • Anxiety • Stress & burnout Confidence & self-esteem • Life transitions Available online or in person.

Integrative practice

Where mind and body meet.

I believe physical and emotional health are one. For some people, the most useful work sits precieely at that intersection.

This approach brings together my backgrounds in nutritional therapy and psychotherapy to explore the biological, psychological and behavioural factors that may be influencing your wellbeing.

It can be particularly helpful where physical symptoms and emotional experiences overlap. or where looking at either in isolation doesn't tell the whole story.

Areas I work with
Gut-brain connection • Chronic health conditions Metabolic health
How I work

Understanding begins
before change.

Our work begins with understanding - your biology, your experiences, your relationships and the circumstances in which your patterns developed

From there, we can identify what may support change and find an approach that feels realistic, meaningful and sustainable.
